Entertaining in a regular group makes it so  much easier for the host or hostess.  It really takes the load off. Last Saturday night was exactly one of these occasions.  We had two couples over, the one crowd brought all the lovely fancy cheeses, mediterranean dips and crackers to enjoy with pre dinner drinks. The other couple brought the apple crumble and cream for dessert. I was happy to serve the main course.  This soft beef shin dish was a hit!
