Low Carb Seed Crackers

Recently I had the pleasure of enjoying a new low carb culinary delight! Marcella Raimondi of Banting Mad, offers a range of banting products and I decided to sample her Original flavour - low carb seed crackers. The crackers consist of sunflower, flax and sesame seeds, with a bit of pysillium husk.
 

I duly piled it up with a few favourite toppings and actually expected the whole thing to crumble as I bite into it, but amazingly these little babies are crispy, sturdy and strong! They weigh 20g each and are suprisingly filling. A word of warning, they are extremely more-ish,and taste very good as is, without any topping! Don't be surprised if you find yourself having a few more than you intended! They are simply DELICIOUS!!
