The ever popular tzatziki is a much loved traditional Greek dip.  Traditionally served with lamb but great with chicken, beef or veggie sticks.  It is a very cooling dip and a wonderful accompaniment to a hot curry.  The cucumber in the tzatziki balances the heat and mellows down the spiciness of certain foods.

Many people don't attempt making their own homemade mayonnaise because they feel its quite a chore. In the olden days it involved a lot of whisking and slowly, slowly pouring oil into an egg & vinegar mixture.  Thanks to a food processor it makes the task much faster.  Less than a minute, in fact.
