Crustless Quiche Lorraine
If you don't have Gruyere or Swiss cheese feel free to substitute with strong cheddar cheese.
Crustless Quiche Lorraine ingredients:
- 5 slices bacon (diced)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 8 eggs beaten
- 1 cup of Gruyere or Swiss or Strong Cheddar - grated.
- Quarter of a cup milk - 50ml (4tbs or 2 ounces) - substitute with cream if so preferred
- 1 tablespoon fresh finely chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
